Samsung resumes rollout of Google Play updates for Galaxy devices

Samsung gives you Google Play updates again

Samsung started distributing Google Play updates again today. The rollout of these updates stalled after Samsung shut down the update machine for. In December, we shared the news that Samsung Galaxy smartphones and tablets had not received a new Google Play system update for months. In January, there was a response to this from Samsung. The company itself had halted the update machine to avoid problems. It was supposed to start rolling out these updates again in January. However, this did not happen.

Now there is good news for owners of a Samsung device. We hear from several DroidApp readers, such as Richard and Han, that their device will be updated again with a new Google Play update. With this, there seems to finally be progress again. The manufacturer is providing the Galaxy A55 with January's Google Play update. a new system update is also available for download for the Samsung Galaxy A54.

More Samsung devices are expected to be offered the update in the coming weeks.
