Nancy’s opens its doors in the heart of the storied London Bridge neighbourhood. The bar, inspired by its local culture and heritage, is set to blend high-quality ‘market-to-glass’ cocktails with the rebellious soul of a glamorous 1970s party. The space effortlessly transitions from a convivial evening atmosphere, featuring a tableside ‘Lady Luck’ Negroni cart, into an energetic late-night spot hosted by regular DJs and live acoustic sessions. Situated within an iconic 1973 Brutalist ‘egg-box’ style building, Nancy’s brings the era to life through vibrant, maximalist interiors. The space features plush banquette sofas and chromatic floor lamps, alongside a private tiger-print pool room, a disco-ball dance floor, and sweeping views of the city skyline. Nancy’s debut menu concept, “market-to-glass”, takes inspiration from the SE1 area, in particular, Borough Market, and has been creatively led by award-winning bartender Martha May Markham and industry expert and Nancy’s general manager, Max Wolff.
