"textContent": "Crazy Bear events guru Florentina Ionita has hailed the hospitality sector as a great place to work. UK Hospitality, the leading trade body for the hospitality industry in the UK, estimates that three and a half million people work in the sector, making it the third largest employer. The hospitality industry directly contributes £93 billion annually to the economy and is showing faster economic growth than any other sector. With favourable conditions, hospitality could increase its economic contribution by £29 billion and create 500,000 new jobs by 2027. Staff at the Crazy Bear in Stadhampton revealed what makes hospitality such a rewarding career. Florentina Ionita, Event Sales Coordinator at the Crazy Bear, started working at the iconic Oxfordshire venue in April 2017.
