Les Clefs d’Or (translated as “The Golden Keys”) is a highly respected global network of concierges, with over 4,000 members across more than 80 countries and 530 destinations worldwide. Founded in 1929, the organisation champions excellence in hospitality, supports professional development and fosters international collaboration to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Neal has built an impressive career at Lough Erne Resort, progressing through a number of key guest-facing roles during his 16 years with the team. Now Concierge, he is often the first friendly face to welcome guests on arrival, setting the tone for a personalised and memorable stay with his warmth, local knowledge and attention to detail. During his five-year journey towards Les Clefs d’Or membership, Neal drew on his extensive experience of anticipating and exceeding guest expectations, while successfully completing rigorous assessments covering local expertise and international hospitality standards.
