Heartbreaking first photo of nurse killed in three car Limerick crash on way to work

Áine O'Reilly, who was in her 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene after the smash on the N24 near Grange West, Boher, in Co Limerick at around 11.10pm on Friday night.
