  "textContent": "ANZAC Day to be marked at Rome War Cemetery.\nThe Australian and New Zealand embassies in Rome will commemorate ANZAC Day with a dawn memorial service on Saturday 25 April at 06.00.\n\nThe service will take place at the Rome War Cemetery on Via Nicola Zabaglia, in the Testaccio area, and will be followed by a morning tea on the grounds. Everyone is welcome.\n\nIn Milan, the Australian Consulate-General and New Zealand Consulate-General will commemorate ANZAC Day with a memorial service at the Commonwealth War Cemetery, Via Cascina Bellaria, Parco Trenno, commencing at 09.15 on 25 April.\n\nOriginally held to commemorate members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) who fought at Gallipoli in Turkey in world war one, ANZAC Day is now an occasion for the two countries to pay tribute to all members of their armed forces who died in both world wars and in action since.\n\nDesigned by Louis de Soissons and located within the Aurelian Walls near Piramide, the Rome War Cemetery contains 426 Commonwealth burials from world war two.\n\nPhoto credit: marcovarro / Shutterstock.com.",
