OG Images and Blog Enhancements

OG images Added dynamic OG image generation with a split author/date footer design. Fallback SVGs and profile OG images for when the PDS doesn't provide media. Blog polish Added reading time estimates, heading underlines for visual hierarchy, enhanced code block styling, and KaTeX CSS for math rendering. Added a configurable slug-to-publication mapping system.
