Bismuth — Document to Markdown Converter

@ewanc26/bismuth A converter that takes site.standard.document records from AT Protocol and renders them to Markdown. The DocumentRenderer supports math (KaTeX), code syntax highlighting, and proper facet handling. The CLI can fetch documents directly from a PDS and output formatted Markdown.
