Senate agrees to fund TSA, most of DHS, but not ICE

The Senate has officially voted to fund most of the Department of Homeland Security. The bill was passed through a voice vote after weeks of stalled negotiations. It could bring relief to TSA agents who are now going on six weeks without pay. FOX 10's Danielle Miller reports.
