    "body": "Another warm sunny day with very little wind. The pace once again was too  \nfast for me and I fell far behind. I caught the group at Luckiamute landing  \nwhere I made a quick stop and left before the group, allowing me to get over  \nthe hill before the main pack. After the ferry I did okay on in to Jefferson  \nbut on the way home I fell farther and farther behind. Definitely in limp  \nmode for the last 10 miles. \n\n",
