    "body": "Got started too late to go to Hiatt so the plan was to ride north and do the  \ngravel loop on De Armond road. Headed out over the hills to Adair where i  \nstopped for coffee at Good Grounds. Just didn't have the inspiration to  \ncontinue north, partly because I knew I'd be fighting a head wind on the way  \nback, so I wandered out the path to the Adair fishing pond, and then across  \nto Mac Forest. I took the trail back towards Peavy Arboretum and as I went I  \nreally started to perk up riding the single tack. So I ended up taking  \nCalloway Creek tail all the way up to Cronemiller Lake and back around, and  \nthen the Intensive Management trail back to the Arboretum.\n\nI got so inspired riding the single track. All my energy came back and I was  \nstrong on the climbs. I did have to walk a bit to let my heart rate settle on  \nthe steep part just before the lake. I realized that my low energy has really  \nbeen lack of inspiration riding the same routes over and over. Getting back  \ninto the woods brings me back to why I started riding in the first place.  \nReally looking forward to more now.\n\n",
