    "body": "A large group of Tenners headed north into a stiff wind. The wind was cold at  \nfirst but the sun was strong it would warm up to the warmest day of the year  \nso far. I tried to not wear myself out on the way out but it was not to be.  \nAfter yesterday's ride and the headwind I was beat. I kept up the pace to  \nIndependence. Even did some gravel with the Tracys and JP. After a little  \nrest and some food at the Ovenbird I started back out with the group, but  \nsoon fell off the pace. Once that happens I have no choice but to slow way  \ndown and just enjoy the sunshine and finish the ride at my own pass. It was a  \nglorious day for a ride.\n\nToday qualified for my 78 km birthday ride, although I'm planning on doing an  \nofficial ride on Wednesday and inviting all my friends.\n\n",
