Chicago Sues Airbnb And One Of City’s ‘Most Active’ Hosts Over ‘Illegal Short-Term Rentals’

The lawsuit accuses Airbnb of turning a blind eye to a South Loop company that has allegedly operated short-term rental units with fraudulent registration numbers and other violations of city housing laws.
