Chicago Teen Held For Months In ICE Detention Centers Graduates From High School: ‘Victory’

Ricardo Hernandez-Navarrete accepted his high school diploma Thursday. The 18-year-old CPS soccer player had been held in various immigration detention facilities since March after being detained by ICE.
