Sarah’s Circle Gets City Approval To Build Women’s Housing Development In Uptown

The prominent Uptown nonprofit supporting women experiencing homelessness plans to build a seven-story building with 54 apartments on Clarendon Avenue. It will be Sarah's Circle's fourth building in Uptown.
