Per Chris Haynes, the Thunder have come to terms with Kenrich Williams on a one-year, $5 million deal which fills their 15th and final roster spot for the upcoming season. Williams was due to earn $7.2 million had Oklahoma City picked up his team option for this season, which they declined earlier this week. The team also announced it has waived Payton Sandfort's two-way contract. Sandfort signed a two-year, two-way deal late last season. As it stands, OKC sits above the second apron and well above the luxury tax. Whether the front office makes any additional moves remains to be seen, but there is no reporting that more activity is in the works.
