Bessent Says Navy Will Escort Ships Through Strait

Treasury secretary Scott Bessent told Sky News that the U.S. Navy will be escorting oil tankers through the Strait of Hormuz “as soon as it is militarily possible.” He added that it may be “with an international coalition, will be escorting vessels through.”
