Inside Karachi’s 130-year-old Manghopir Leprosy Hospital, former leprosy patients have spent decades building lives together after being rejected by families and communities. Some have lived here for more than 40 years, turning the hospital into a home where they’ve shared every Eid, loss, and milestone.
