Partners joining the summit include Modon, Aldar, Bloom Holding, Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, Abu Dhabi Investment Office, LEAD Development, Reportage Properties and Etihad Rail.\n\nAccording to ADPIC, the coalition reflects a shared commitment to large-scale infrastructure delivery and reinforces Abu Dhabi's position as a destination for global investment partners.\n\nSenior executives from participating organizations are expected to speak at the summit and share experience in urban development, construction and infrastructure delivery.\n\n#### What projects will be showcased at the summit?\n\nAldar said it will present projects focused on digital tools, artificial intelligence and smart construction methods, including Fahid Island, described as Abu Dhabi's first coastal wellness destination and the world's first Fitwel-certified island master plan.\n\nBloom Holding said it will showcase Bloom Living in Zayed City and Al Metlaa in Al Ain. Bloom Living is planned as an integrated community with more than 4,500 homes.\n\nLEAD Development said it will present Jubail Island as a model of sustainable master planning focused on environmental considerations and lifestyle development. Reportage Group said it will showcase residential projects in the UAE and international markets, supported by what it described as a debt-free operating model.\n\n####  How is Abu Dhabi's housing authority participating in ADIS 2026?\n\nThe Abu Dhabi Housing Authority said it will highlight digital housing services that let citizens select housing projects and residential units through a mobile application integrated with more than 36 government and private entities.\n\nThe authority is also developing more than 15 housing projects with over 25,000 residential units across Abu Dhabi. These will be presented through an augmented reality experience during the summit.\n\nADIO said it supports investor access to infrastructure opportunities through Abu Dhabi's public-private partnership framework. Etihad Rail joined as mobility partner, reflecting the summit's focus on transport infrastructure and regional connectivity.\n\n#### What did ADPIC and developer CEOs say about the summit?\n\nMaysarah Mahmoud Salim Eid, director-general of ADPIC, said the partners joining ADIS 2026 bring the capability, commitment and track record needed to support Abu Dhabi's urban development and growth.\n\nBill O'Regan, group CEO of Modon, said infrastructure development is essential for creating future-ready communities and supporting urban transformation.
