Mehr news agency said the building is no longer being used for meetings. Tasnim said Monday’s strikes had already targeted the assembly’s main headquarters in Tehran.\n\nFollowing Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei’s assassination, Iran announced the formation of an interim leadership council on Sunday.\n\nIt includes the president, the head of the judiciary, and a jurist from the Guardian Council, which oversees legislation and vets electoral candidates. Iran’s top security chief, Ali Larijani, is also part of the council. The group will run the country while a permanent successor is selected.\n\n### Netanyahu vows continued strikes\n\nIsraeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel would continue operations in Iran and warned of stronger responses against Hezbollah.\n\n“Our pilots are over the skies of Iran and Tehran, and also over the skies of Lebanon. Hezbollah made a very big mistake when it attacked us. We have already responded forcefully, and we will respond with even greater force,” Netanyahu said at an air force base in central Israel.\n\nIsrael’s military said it struck industrial sites “throughout Iran” used to produce weapons, including ballistic missiles, as part of the fourth day of joint U.S.-Israel attacks.\n\n“During strikes conducted throughout Iran, the IDF targeted industrial sites used by the Iranian regime to produce weapons, particularly ballistic missiles,” the military said in a statement.",
