  "textContent": "\n\n\n\nThe United Arab Emirates said the start of a second round of trilateral talks between Russia, Ukraine and the United States in Abu Dhabi sends positive messages about diplomatic momentum, according to the state news agency WAM.\n\nSheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the UAE’s deputy prime minister and minister of foreign affairs, said the talks reflect the parties’ seriousness in advancing diplomacy and their shared commitment to ending humanitarian suffering from a conflict now in its fourth year, WAM reported.\n\nSheikh Abdullah said the UAE’s hosting of the second round reflects international confidence in the country’s role in fostering dialogue and advancing diplomatic solutions to crises.
