Linking whatsapp on mac, any accessible solution?

Hello all: the subject says it all. sometimes and for unknown reason, the whatsapp on mac logged out, and i have to relink again to my phone. Scanning the qr code is really so hard, i got it just one time. but, is there a better way to do so? linking with phone number is not available on the mac app, do not know if this is related to My country or what, but the only solution is scanning the QR, any help will be highly appreciated
