a friend of mine cannot create an AppleVis account

I have a friend who is not as savvy as I. he has an iPhone 17 and i encurraged him to make an account. he says it won't let him. according to my profile, i have been a member for thirteen years and two months. I am not aware of any changes, but there could be now, it was so long ago since i made an axxount. has it changed, and if so, what are the changes? he said it asked him for his name and email. i asked him who of the editorial team he contacted. his email is jon_yipp@hotmail.com. i am asking one of you to reach out to him. as well as notifying me how the account creation procxess has changed, so i can help new apple users join this wonderful website. thanks, Daniel
