"textContent": "I'm using an iPhone 16 Pro Max with VoiceOver and a BI20X braille display from Humanware. Whenever I am reading with my braille display, the braille cursor jumps all over the place. I read devotions to several Whatsapp groups and this gets very very very annoying when I am reading out loud. I have touch curtain turned on, my phone on Do Not Disturb, and Airplane Mode on. I even have some of my notifications turned off and the braille cursor still jumps. The VoiceOver cursor when speaking doesn't jump. Is there a way this can be fixed or a work-around? I've tried explaining this to Apple Accessibility and they don't get it! I need some help, please? I have no other devices other than this phone. I am also running the latest IOS software.",
