KeePassXC on MacOS

Hi everyone, Does anyone use KeePassXC on Mac, and if so, how's the accessibility with VoiceOver? I'm currently on Windows using KeePass2 and am considering switching to Mac if I can find alternatives for the programs I use. I'd appreciate any experiences you can share.
