  "textContent": "I am trying to download an app from the app store, but when I click on the get button, it brings up a dialogue with the name of the app, and my account. There is only a cancel button and the app doesn't download. I try my fingerprint and nothing happens either. I must be missing something. Any help is appreciated.",
