unable to hear keyboard sounds

This has been an issue for quite a while, I can't even remember when this first started. I'm curious if anyone experiences this or has a workaround, and maybe they finally fixed it in iOS 26.5. I guess we'll find out when it gets released. Anyway, when I have keyboard sounds turned on, I can't hear them at all. They're very quiet if I'm using AirPods, but pretty much nonexistent when just using the phone without AirPods. I'm not sure why this has been an issue for so long, and I know it's very minor compared to other bugs others have seen, I'm just curious if anyone else experiences this.
