Which ergonomic keyboards work alright with VoiceOver?

Hi. I'm 72 and finally needing to get an ergonomic keyboard to help reduce pain in my wrists, forearms and hands. Can anyone recommend an ergonomic keyboard they've used with VoiceOver that they like or at least think is OK? Full sized would be my first choice, but if you used one without a separate numpad, did the integrated numpad work with numpad commander? I sure would appreciate your help. I've tried a few, but I had to send them all back because of VO problems. Thank you! Bruce .
