Audiobook creation with ElevenLabs

Hello, I’d like to create an audiobook using ElevenLabs. It’s a travel guide for my holiday, currently in Word or EPUB format, that I want to convert into audio. Since it will include many foreign names, I’d like to know if it’s possible to apply language tags to individual words (similar to what can be done in Word) so that the voice pronounces them correctly. In other words, can ElevenLabs handle language-specific pronunciation based on document tags, like screen readers such as JAWS or NVDA do? What are some tips for getting the best result? And is the Studio interface accessible to screen readers?
