  "textContent": "Hello everyone! In YouTube version 21.13.6, accessibility for the blind has worsened. You can no longer manually select the video playback quality. When you open that menu, VoiceOver doesn’t find or announce anything there except the current video quality. I hope the developers fix this in the next version. Take care, everyone!",
