  "textContent": "Hello, All,\nMy 2025 MacBook Air running MacOS. Tahoe 26.3.1 seems to not want to take my password and update.\nIt lets me enter it on the login screen, but, whenever I try updating it, and entering the password, it won't take it.\nI've double-checked that I'm inputting it correctly, and, I also realized that the capslock key was getting activated, without me pressing it. It still wouldn't take even after I pressed the capslock key to turn capslock off. I tried calling Apple, and, thex said they'd never seen this before. Whenever I power off my Mac, I close it right away, so no dust gets on the keyboard.\n\nWhile I can sympathize with it not wanting to grow older/update, I'd still like to update it. :-) ;-) I'm a new user, and, doing my best, but, I need to get rid of or at least defeat the tech gremlins. So, any help you can give me would be very much appreciated. TIA! :-)",
