New bug in iOS 26.4 that was unheard of in the past

Hello everyone! Continuing to be distraught about Apple’s accessibility team not doing their job as properly as they used to do back in, let’s say, IOS 10 times :( I just updated my phone to the brand new IOS 26.4 just to find that, at least in the notification center, VoiceOver doesn’t pronounce the source of a notification, aka the app which it came from. How we even got to those bugs on IOS in 2026?
