"textContent": "Device: iPhone SE, 3rd generation\niOS version: 26.3.1\n\nI upgraded from iOS 18 to iOS 26 a couple weeks ago and things have been working fine, but over the past few days, seemingly out of nowhere, I’m experiencing a strange issue. I will double tap my home button to bring up the app switcher and voiceover will announce “app switcher,” but the app switcher doesn’t appear. I’m still on the home screen with all my apps. If I turn off VoiceOver and turn it on again and then pull up app switcher it works, at least for that time, but then I have to repeat this step of restarting voiceover every subsequent time. Has anyone else experienced this? I will also contact Apple Accessibility to make them aware, but wanted to see if anyone had any workarounds or remedies in the meantime. Thank you",
