accessible talking clock on Ios 26

Hello all: I was using some apps to know the time on each hour, but all of them are not working now, I even tried the VOice clock, but it is not working here and i do not know why. so, what is the best accessible Talking clock that is working reliably on Ios 26? Also, i was using an app called almost time, that tells me the time before the head of each hour, is there an alternative now? Thanks. in advance.
