Bug: Voiceover reads user comments twice in Safari under iOS 26.3

Hello, I've found a bug with the site, but I'm unsure if I should post it here or under the iOS beta forum, since that's what I'm running. I have an iPhone 16 pro max running the 26.3 RC & I've noticed that when a user posts a comment, Voiceover reads it twice. Is this expected behavior?
