Accessible way to fill complexed pdf on Mac

Hello AppleVis members I was wondering whether is there an accessible way of filling in a pdf on Mac? I tried the preview filling feature but found it to be not too vo friendly so is there a better way? This pdf I am working with consists of many blank tables and text box’s below the questions. Help on this would be appreciated. Thanks
