4 classic cars taking part in Hot Rod Power Tour in Joliet stolen, 4 damaged, officials say

Muscle cars worth a lot of money have been stolen and damaged in Joliet, police said. The cars were parked outside a hotel as their owners were taking part in the Hot Rod Power Tour.
