Chicago man caught on video pouring liquid on kids, parents leaving NW Side dance class charged

A 50-year-old Chicago man accused of throwing a liquid on a group of parents and children, who were making their way out of a Mexican folkloric dance class, has been charged, Chicago police said Wednesday.
