Former ICE lawyer testifies training for immigration agent recruits 'deficient, defective, broken'

A whistleblower is warning that training for new ICE recruits is unsound, the ABC7 I-Team has learned. Concerns were raised that DHS has sacrificed proper screening and training of applicants in a rush to get them into the field.
