18-year-old bicyclist hit, killed by semi in Melrose Park, police say; family files lawsuit

Relatives of a man who was hit and killed while on his bicycle in the west suburbs have filed a lawsuit. Video showed a semi hitting him last week as he was leaving work, attorneys said.
