"textContent": "It’s a simple question, but one that made me stop and think.\n\nMy best mornings usually start the same way. Before I look at my phone, before the news, before messages and notifications, I roll out my yoga mat and spend half an hour following a yoga class.\n\nIt’s become one of the anchors of my day. By the time I’ve finished, I’ve moved my body, cleared my mind and given myself thirty minutes that belong to nobody else.\n\nOver time I’ve realised that those first few minutes of the day seem to set the tone for everything that follows. When I begin calmly, I tend to carry that feeling with me, even when life becomes busy later on.\n\nOf course, not everyone wants to spend thirty minutes doing yoga, and that’s not really the point.\n\nWhat struck me was how much difference a small intentional start can make.\n\nIt might be sitting quietly with a cup of tea.\n\nOpening the curtains and noticing the morning light.\n\nStepping outside for a breath of fresh air.\n\nOr simply taking a moment to think about something you’re looking forward to that day.\n\nNone of these things are dramatic. Most take only a few minutes.\n\nWe often imagine that happiness comes from the big moments, but sometimes it’s hidden in the ordinary parts of our day that we rush past without noticing.\n\nTomorrow morning I’ll be on my yoga mat as usual.\n\nBut it did leave me wondering:\n\nWhat small thing could make the first few minutes of your day a little more enjoyable?\n\n* * *",
