  "textContent": "There has never been more career advice online.\n\nOpen LinkedIn, TikTok, or YouTube, and you’ll quickly find creators promising to help you land your next role. Some claim to know the secret to beating applicant tracking systems (ATS). Others recommend AI-written résumés, keyword stuffing, or interview scripts that supposedly improve your chances of getting hired.\n\nIt’s not difficult to see why that advice resonates.
