Beef jerky recalled because of undeclared wheat

The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is issuing a public health alert for a beef jerky product because of misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The product contains wheat, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label. People with allergies or sensitivities to
