Almost 23,000 pounds of ground beef recalled because of E. coli contamination

CS Beef Packers LLC of Kuna, ID, is recalling 22,912 pounds of raw ground beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O145, the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today. The raw ground beef items were produced on Jan. 14, and subsequently frozen.
