Flags Back for Russia and Belarus as Varna Hosts European Rhythmic Gymnastics Event

The International Gymnastics Federation (World Gymnastics) has decided to remove all restrictions on athletes from Russia and Belarus, allowing them to once again compete under their national flag and anthem.
