Radev: “History Always Carries a Lesson” on the 150th Anniversary of the April Uprising

On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the April Uprising, Rumen Radev, leader of “Progressive Bulgaria”, posted a message on Facebook reflecting on Bulgaria’s historical legacy and national memory. He noted that the sacrifice of those who took part in the uprising against Ottoman rule laid the foundations of the modern Bulgarian state.
