No Tanks, No Convoys: Moscow Scales Back Victory Day Parade

Russia says it will scale back this year's Victory Day parade on Moscow's Red Square over security concerns and there will be no column of military vehicles taking part this May 9. The move follows waves of Ukrainian drone attacks on Russia as it battles against Moscow's full-scale invasion.
