Some 10,000 troops from 13 countries are participating in NATO military exercises on Germany's Baltic coast. NATO officials said the exercises show the alliance's ability to respond to hybrid warfare and conventional threats, along with the cutting-edge drone technology seen in the war in Ukraine.
