There are countless scornful negative comments, calling him cringe, a Christian propagandist, inauthentic, and racist. Suffice it to say, Posty could have landed on a more agreeable opener.\n\n### Back so soon? -\n\nThe concert comes only a year after his last stadium date here at Rogers Centre. A lot of casual fans will be turned off by the idea of paying hundreds to see an artist they've seen so recently.\n\nTalk about oversaturation.\n\n### Last show didn't sell well --\n\nIt's especially confusing that Post is coming back already, considering his Rogers Centre show didn't even do well enough to justify it. Resale data shows prices collapsed close to showtime, with many fans able to get in for a bargain – and that was at Rogers Centre. He'll have an even tougher time convincing fans to make the trek to the despised Rogers Stadium.\n\nFree fallin'.\n\n### On a Tuesday -\n\nBoo. It's one of the worst days to have a stadium gig.\n\n### Added date potential -\n\nThere's a four-day gap on either end of the Toronto stop to allow for another night or two to be added. If demand is steep for the first show, more will be added, allowing for even more room for prices to fall.\n\n* * *\n\nMy recommendation is to **Wait**. You should be able to find discounted tickets closer to showtime. This is an identical show with identical guests. Expect identical results.\n\n## Post-Show Verdict\n\n _**Added** : June 25th, 2026_\n\nWas the call right? How cheap did Post Malone tickets really get? I talk about all of that here, so you can see how much readers that took my advice saved.\n\nThe call I made on February 3rd, 2026, before artist presale had started was **Correct**. This is how the sale period played out. First, a look at face value prices when tickets first went on sale in February.\n\n🎟️\n\n _****Post Malone — Rogers Stadium****_\nJun 16, 2026\nFace value prices (fees included):\n****Floor**** : $168.13 – $1200.00\n****Side Stands**** : 168.13 – $738.00\n****North Stands**** : 105.63 – $221.40\n****VIP**** : $700.50 – $2583.00\n\nPost Malone jumped the gun a bit with tickets going on sale a few days earlier than the posted Feb 4th date. This gave us an early glimpse at the just how much of the floor was reserved for VIP.\n\nEvery yellow dot is VIP\n\nUnfortunately for Posty, sales never really took off, with some dates in his tour ending up cancelled due to poor ticket sales. Fans in Toronto were worried his Rogers Stadium show would end up getting cut to, but the show ended up going on as expected.\n\nThis is how the ticket map looked 40 minutes before showtime on June 16th.\n\nNearly 10,000 unsold tickets the day of the concert\n\nA complete sea of blue over at Rogers Stadium.\n\nHere's a graph showing how ticket availability and get-in prices fluctuated in the weeks leading up to the show. The dotted line represents the initial get-in price of $106. The white line is the cheapest available ticket across Ticketmaster, StubHub, and TickPick. The grey line is the total remaining inventory on Ticketmaster. The green area represents how much cheaper tickets got compared to the original cheapest face value ticket price.\n\nAnd here is how low prices got on a per-section basis.\n\nPrices across all sections crashed in dramatic fashion.
