That's the only way he will accept such a rotting piece of crap if it were ever to be willed to him.\n\nHe lives in amazement that his health has allowed him to finish* this extensive project.\n\nBefore he is forced to leave his hometown and return to city life, Chris would greatly appreciate it if his husband would allow him to install solar panels on the roof.
